Since the project started in 1990 it is being produced under Video Culture, Inc- a nonprofit tax-exempt organization whose mission is musical art awareness.

Virginia Quesada is the executive director of Video Culture, Inc. and the producer, director, and editor on the Danny Gatton project. The other two board members are John Simson, an entertainment attorney and Robert N. Johnson an electronics development engineer. John Simson provides provides legal advice and some industry connections and Robert N. Johnson gives both technical assistance and some financial support.
